	HOW TO SHIP YOUR ROSES Please print and complete the order form and processing agreement as accurately as you can. You may also call or email us with your selections. Do not forget to complete and include the process agreement if using your own roses or we cannot process your roses! You can estimate your number of rose beads by figuring that each rose will yield three 6mm rosebeads, our standard size. If sending petals only, and not the whole dried rose, you can figure one standard measuring cup of dried petals equals 2 roses or six 6mm rosebeads! When you contact us, we can help you estimate how many roses you will need and the cost of your order. PAYMENT: As a minimum, we ask you enclose the processing fee with your order in the form of a CHECK or MONEY ORDER payable to "Dianna McDaniel". To pay the outstanding balance of your special order (using your roses) we prefer money orders or checks, but will accept Visa/Mastercard/Discover credit or debit cards only (we cannot process pre-paid (gift) Visa/ Mastercards, or American Express). Your balance must be paid prior to our shipping your completed order. Please DO NOT send pre-paid envelopes for us to return your order.! By attempting to save pennies on postage, you risk damaging or losing valuable and irreplaceable keepsakes. We ship only Priority Mail as we found this to be the safest and most protected way of you receiving your order undamaged. We are not set up to use any other method. PROCESSING FEES: $50 for 1-12 roses in one pot $100 for 13-24 roses (2 pots) $150 for 25-36 roses (3 pots) NOTE: The fees above are set and reflect the cost of processing your roses (from 1 to 12 per pot). These processing fees pay ONLY for the two weeks of work required to process your roses and turn them into lasting, scented rosebeads. Then, you can order jewelry at the posted prices using your own rosebeads, or purchase just your rosebeads. (See Our Services) Remember, the roses must be dried. We recommend you remove the dried rose petals from the rose, place them in a small paper bag, place the bag in a box, and mail with the order form/processing agreement enclosed. If you have FRESH roses, remove the petals, spread them on paper towels for 4-5 days (drying time varies), paper bag and box them with the order form. (Returned checks are subject to a $20.00 administrative fee). For immediate shipment, credit cards over the phone or money orders payable to Dianna McDaniel are welcomed.
